• Assists with recruiting top talent and managing the pre-employment process
• Work on alternate methods like online job boards, referral, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc.
• Maintain database of candidate for future requirements.
Skill set Required.
He must have good administrative and organisational skills
Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
Payroll administration
. To have sound Knowledge on Process
. Good reasoning and analytical ability
. Foreseeing and understanding the current business requirements
. Good people management skills required & Good communication skill
